As no-one is posting, I'll reveal the answer. But first, a question. When would the third one say he has black hat? Since there are two white hats and three black hats, if he saw two white hats on two prisoners in front of him, he would know that he has a black hat. He kept quiet however, which means that he sees a black and a white hat in front of him. Let's move on to the second. When would he speak? He would speak when he would see white hat in front of him, plus the silence of the third. Then he would know he wears the black hat. He kept quiet. And for the first one is simple: since both prisoners behind him are quiet, he knows that he wears the black hat. That's it.
As I revealed the answer, I should post another riddle but I make a pass.
